High Protein Fruit Dip
Quick, easy, healthy, delicious, and only 3 ingredients!
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
2 cup (8 fl oz) Plain nonfat Greek yogurt (low fat will work too)
½ cup + 2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp, scant, ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
Serve with fresh strawberries and apple slices (and any other fruit you think is good for dipping!)
