Creamy Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients: 

  • ½ C + 2 Tbsp  oats, blended into a flour

  • 1 C peanut butter

  • ½ C honey 

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Pinch salt

  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tsp powdered sugar

Directions: 

  1. Blend oats into a flour

  2. Mix in PB, honey, vanilla, salt

  3. Form into bite sized balls

  4. Mix together cocoa powder and powdered sugar

  5. Roll balls into the cocoa and sugar mixture

  6. Store in the fridge
